Service & Cancellation Policy

Service Policy

Black Sky Tint provides professional automotive window tint installation services. By booking an appointment or receiving services from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All window tint services are considered custom services and are performed specifically for each vehicle. Due to the nature of our work, once a service has been completed, it is non-refundable.


No Refunds on Completed Services

Once window tint installation has begun or has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Customer dissatisfaction based on appearance or darkness preference

  • Change of mind after installation

  • Legal tint limit misunderstandings

Customers are responsible for selecting the desired tint shade and type before installation.


Warranty & Service Corrections

We stand behind the quality of our work.

If an issue arises due to installation defects (such as peeling, bubbling beyond the normal curing process, or film failure), it will be addressed under our warranty, not as a refund.

Warranty coverage does not include:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or aftermarket modifications

  • Issues caused by existing glass defects

  • Damage caused by removing or tampering with the film

  • Normal curing process (haze or small water bubbles during initial days)

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Black Sky Tint.


Deposits & Payments

Any deposit paid to secure an appointment is non-refundable.

Deposits may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if notice is given within the allowed cancellation window (see below).


Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in loss of deposit.

  • No-shows will automatically forfeit their deposit.

This policy helps us manage scheduling and respect the time of our technicians.


Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment, we may need to:

  • Shorten the service

  • Reschedule the appointment

  • Cancel the appointment (deposit may be forfeited)

Please arrive on time to ensure proper service.


Legal Tint Responsibility

Customers are responsible for understanding local and state tint laws.
Black Sky Tint is not responsible for citations, inspections, or legal issues related to tint percentage choices requested by the customer.


Final Authority

All decisions regarding service quality, warranty eligibility, and corrective actions are made at the discretion of Black Sky Tint after vehicle inspection.
