Services

Black Sky Tint provides professional automotive window tint installation services. All services are custom-performed for each vehicle based on customer selection and vehicle specifications.

Once a service has begun or has been completed, it is considered final and non-refundable, subject only to applicable warranty coverage as outlined in our Service & Cancellation Policy.

Appointments, Deposits & Payments

Appointments may require a deposit to secure a scheduled time.

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Deposits may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given

• Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated

Failure to appear for an appointment or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Black Sky Tint reserves the right to refuse service to customers who repeatedly cancel, reschedule, or fail to appear for appointments.

Warranty Disclaimer

Black Sky Tint provides warranty coverage for installation-related defects only, subject to inspection and approval.

Warranty does not cover:

• Normal curing process

• Customer preference or change of mind

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications

• Pre-existing glass defects

Warranty remedies are limited to repair or replacement of affected film, not refunds.

Legal Tint Compliance

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their selected tint complies with local and state regulations.

Black Sky Tint is not responsible for citations, inspection failures, or legal consequences resulting from customer-selected tint percentages.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Sky Tint shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of use of the vehicle

• Pre-existing damage to glass, seals, or trim

• Damages arising from factors beyond our control

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
